National Sales Manager
We are recruiting for one of our customers a National Sales Manager with extended expertise in B2B sales.
National Sales Manager
Role and responsibilities:
- Set out strategies to implement company’s policy and to achieve the sales plan
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales
- team
- Direct the development of sales action plans
- Assist area sales managers with organisational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
- Work in field with area sales managers & attend local meetings
- Develop business relationships with customers in the territory using knowledge of the area and trends in the market
- Network with various stakeholders
- Ensure that sales teams receive adequate training and induction to perform their roles
- Manage performance and productivity of area sales managers
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports
- Report to: General Manager
Requirements:
- Industry experiences: minimum 5 years sales management experience
- Position experiences: minimum of 5 years experience in people management
- Language Skills:communication skills in English, written and spoken
- Computer Skills: competency in MS Office i.e. word/excel/ppt.
- Mobility: be flexible to travel weekly in the territory
Other Special requirement:
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight dateline With sense of urgency to ensure delivering sales result in time
- Good interpersonal communication and coordinating skills
- Self-motivated, creative and well organized.
