Customer Support Representative in Bucuresti

Ideal candidate profile
- High school diploma is mandatory;
- Experience with related software (Office and SAP);
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian languages;
- Experience in similar position-minimum 2 years in a multinational company;
- Very good communication skills;
- Problem solving attitude;
- Capability to deal with different nationalities and profile;
Job responsibilities
- Receives orders by phone/fax/email and raise sales orders by SAP;
- Discuss orders with productions plants;
- Advice customers when orders are dispatched;
- Closely collaborate with financial department for credit limit and other financial situation;
- General administration task as required – related to marketing campaigns,samples send to customers and other tasks,samples ordering;
- Answering customer queries in a timely and professional manner;
- Receiving ,redirecting and processing credit claims;
- Support the sales team with any supply chain related question;
- Perform monthly reporting;
