Lead Development Representative - Hungarian
We are recruiting a Lead Development Representative for a company which was established 125 years ago. Our client is the marked leader in the roof tiles production and one of the biggest producers of pressed plates in Europe.
The Lead Development Representative is responsible for prospecting into new accounts, qualifying leads and appointment setting for sales team for Romania and Hungary. This is a home based job.
Tasks:
Identify development opportunities, qualify leads and contact inbound and outbound qualified leads;
Acquire knowledge of our architectural materials in order to communicate to our customers the value proposition and material characteristics;
Answer customers’ questions;
Schedule appointments for the sales force;
Follow up with prospects who responded to marketing programs and campaigns;
Other administrative tasks, if necessary;
Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in CRM tool;
Profile:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and e-mail;
Ability to persuade, influence and negociate effectively and represent at all levels within and outside the organization;
Excellent time management skills;
Capacity to work in an international environment;
Openness for a home based job;
Has the patience to stick to strategies until results follow;
Personal traits: independent, communicative, flexible, trustworthy, well-organized;
Experience:
Operational experience (2-3 years) within a sales environment – lead development, tele-prospecting or call-center experience;
Background in economics or technical environment;
Very good English, Hungarian and Romanian language skills;
PC literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge in using CRM tool represents an advantage;
